What is 1-10V dimming?

On LED lights, 1-10V dimming controls LED output intensity to change how much light is emitted (i.e., 1V is 10%). 1-10V dimming allows you to scale the output of your dimmable LED light to create the lowest dimming level possible.

Is this high bay wet rated/waterproof for outdoor use?

The waterproof UFO High Bays from NUOGUAN are wet rated for outdoor use. It is IP65 rated, durable, shock- and shatter-resistant to provide you with reliable exterior light. You can also use these lights inside in warehouses and other large spaces that are damp rated.

Which methods can I use to install your High Bay LED?

Our UFO High Bay LED Light Fixtures (150W/200W/240W options) can be installed via several methods. Choose the one that best suits your need. Please refer to the install manual for installation instructions.

How do your high bays handle heat dissipation?

Made from a durable aluminum allow housing, the enhanced thermal management of our UFO High Bay LED fixture wicks away heat via the heat sink’s convection heat exchange with ambient air. The fins on the back of the fixture help aid this process.

4. NGTlight will inspected return light and must be passed before any reimbursement or refund. That’s usually take around 5~7 business days. Longer time may occur if needed.We won’t refund if the products is damaged.
